PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS

  1. Orders must be paid in advance via Paypal or iDEAL/credit card (these payments are processed via Mollie payments). This way, you can pay with almost all credit cards:  Mastercard, Visa & American Express and co-branded cards like Maestro, V-pay, Dankort, Postepay, Cartes Bancaires and Nordea.

Azores & Madeira), San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Vatican City and Switzerland: always €15,- shipping costs

  9. If you want to change the delivery address after placing your order, you can send me an email at info@jeez.online. If you have not yet received a confirmation of shipment, I can - and will - implement the change for you. It may happen that I was just on my way to a parcel point to offer your order.... then it will -off course- not be possible to change it. I'll always let you know whether the address change has been made or not!
  10. In principle, your order will be shipped the next working day. It can happen - for example with items that are made to order - that I need a bit more time. Of course I'll inform you when I expect to ship your order.
  11. After shipment, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code which allows you to follow your package.
  12. If you have not received anything two days after the specified delivery date / day, please let me know via info@jeez.online. I'll go and find out where your package is.
  13. If you are not happy with your purchase after receipt, first of all I am very sorry! If it is not a custom-made / made to order item, you may return the product within 14 days after receipt and -perhaps unnecessary to mention but I'll do it anyway: the product must be undamaged / in original condition.
  14. Send an email to info@jeez.online to let me know you want to return your purchase. I'll provide you with a return number + a return form. Fill in all the info on the form and send it together with your not wanted purchase to: JEEZ handmade products, Savornin Lohmanlaan 21, 1981 CA , Velsen-Zuid, The Netherlands. PLEASE NOTE: I will NOT process returns without a form and/or without a return number!
  15. I'll let you know via e-mail when the purchase price, less any shipping costs paid, will be refunded. Refunds are paid to the bank account / credit card from which you've paid. To be clear: if you've paid shipping costs, they will NOT be refunded!
  16. Should you be unable to fulfil one or more of my return conditions but you are not happy with your product, please send me a message at info@jeez.online to let me know what's going on. Together we will certainly find a good solution for the both of us!
